Role Description-
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager. We are seeking experienced and target-driven Sales Executives to manage and strengthen relationships between onboarded brands and the company. The role involves regular field visits, coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of brand activities on the platform. This is a field-oriented position requiring consistent on-ground engagement.
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage and grow relationships with the Brands.
- Analyzes market trends and sales data to select products, sets pricing/promotions, and works with marketing and operations teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers, coordinating internally across Marketing, Sales, Design and Operations to meet client needs
- Supports existing Brands to improve their performance. By identifying opportunities to expand business and increase revenue within each account.
- Monitor seller KPIs, advise on improving listings and pricing, coordinate promotions, and serve as liaison between sellers and internal teams.
- Manages product assortment and strategy for a given category.
- Develop and implement category strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Responsible for finding and onboarding new vendors/sellers.
- Research potential vendors, pitch marketplace value, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth technical onboarding.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and communicate updates to senior management.
- Proactively address and resolve any major Brand issues, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Requirements-
- 2-3+ years of experience in Business development, key account management & vendor relations roles in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Excellent presentation and analytical abilities (familiarity with sales data analysis and CRM tools is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools) and cross-functional collaboration are essential
- Willingness to travel as needed for Brand Meetings.

Experience & Qualification-
- Bachelors or Master degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities & Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
