Role Description-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager. We are seeking experienced and target-driven Sales Executives to manage and strengthen relationships between onboarded brands and the company. The role involves regular field visits, coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of brand activities on the platform. This is a field-oriented position requiring consistent on-ground engagement.

Key Responsibilities-

  1. Manage and grow relationships with the Brands.
  2. Analyzes market trends and sales data to select products, sets pricing/promotions, and works with marketing and operations teams.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for key customers, coordinating internally across Marketing, Sales, Design and Operations to meet client needs
  4. Supports existing Brands to improve their performance. By identifying opportunities to expand business and increase revenue within each account.
  5. Monitor seller KPIs, advise on improving listings and pricing, coordinate promotions, and serve as liaison between sellers and internal teams.
  6. Manages product assortment and strategy for a given category.
  7. Develop and implement category strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  8. Responsible for finding and onboarding new vendors/sellers.
  9. Research potential vendors, pitch marketplace value, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth technical onboarding.
  10. Prepare regular reports on account performance and communicate updates to senior management.
  11. Proactively address and resolve any major Brand issues, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Requirements-

  1. 2-3+ years of experience in Business development, key account management & vendor relations roles in e-commerce or retail.
  2. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  3. Excellent presentation and analytical abilities (familiarity with sales data analysis and CRM tools is a plus)
  4. Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools) and cross-functional collaboration are essential
  5. Willingness to travel as needed for Brand Meetings.

Experience & Qualification-

  1. Bachelors or Master degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
  2. Strong problem-solving abilities & Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  3. Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
  4. Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
