Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Jaipur at Love Home. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve day-to-day sales planning, monitoring sales performance, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure high performance.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions to enhance skills.Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Represent Love Home at events, exhibitions, and meetings with prospective clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in managing a sales team, preferably in real estate.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.

In-depth knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
