Role 1 -INTERN HR Payroll
This internship offers an opportunity to refresh skills, gain hands-on experience, and work on critical aspects of Payroll and Compliance in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support audits and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Finance teams for reconciliations and reporting.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Eye for detail and strong focus on accuracy.
- Basic understanding of payroll and compliance concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Full time Graduation / Post -graduation qualification
- Passing out from premium PG Institute is preferred (full time)
- 2+ years of experience in HR talent sourcing/ talent management/ payroll / benefits & compliance/ associate relation/communications and various HR operations

- Utilize advanced research techniques and sourcing tools to target candidate profiles.
- Research, gather, & document information related to each candidate- resume, current employer, experience, skills etc.
- Conduct market analysis & competitive research to provide the business with a strong understanding of the talent market & how to expand networks.
- Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, qualify, and hire highly technical talent.
- Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent experience & evaluating candidate skill.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging any candidate relationship management (CRM) tool
- Stakeholder management, Scheduling, Experience in using multiple search tools/platforms (Naukri/Linked iN), Negotiation.
- Excellent Communication and articulation skills.
- Full-time Graduation / Post -graduation qualification
- Passing out from premium PG Institute is preferred (full-time)
- 2+ years of experience in HR talent sourcing/ talent acquisition.
