Data Analyst Specialist - Entry-Level (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalData Analyst Specialist Remoteto support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically proficient, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources

• Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations

• Perform statistical analysis to support business initiatives

• Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data findings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

• Experience with SQL or database querying

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated remote workspace

Preferred:

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
