Content Analyst - German

The Corporate Actions team involved in the collection and maintenance of high-quality data across a wide range of financial markets and asset classes. The analysts are required to source the information from the public domains/contributors defined and ingest/enter the information into database using proprietary collection methodology including the additional information. This information is time critical and requires to be processed within the set timeline and quality parameters.
Process and maintain data/information accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using financial and technical knowledge.
Review existing sources to ensure the events are covered as per the source audit file.
Promote continuous improvement through research and analysis of queries/data quality control and seek efficiencies in work practices.
Highlight the issues or errors on real time, if we get an error warning message while we create the event.
Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices in relevant markets and monitor market events to anticipate the changes.
Daily Update of reports/timesheets/production reports.
Check the updated events on the products to understand product behavior post we submit the event.
Research and respond quickly to all client issues, adhering to quality goals for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Effectively communicate with all relevant collaborators.
Act as a buddy to junior team members.
Resolve client queries as per service flow/methodology defined.
