Senior Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Handle product rationalization & migration, maintenance and consultation on sunset migrations and support key strategic projects
• Coordinate with Product managers/Sales Specialist, functional managers and other stake holders for timely completion of product rollouts
• Drives analyses large volumes of data attributes across data sets pre and post load cycles
• Conduct feasibility study and do risk analysis on all identified projects
• Identify product issues, system bugs and reported back to product owners/segments
• Identify system, workflow issues and drive enhancements with the help of Business Analysts
• Responsible for planning and executing all entitlement needs
• Handle product rationalization & migration, maintenance and consultation on sunset migrations and support key strategic projects
• Provide assistance and mentorship to new recruits and less experienced members of staff
• 
  Undertakes strategic analysis driving solutions and improvements
• Understanding of OMS role with ref to providing support on both Exchange/third party data
• Understanding of OFS and OMS roles on Order and Entitlement Process and assess revenue impact
• Drives documentation ensuring data library is built which can feed into data process improvement teams
  

Talent Management.

• Builds strong teams with a mindset that supports partnership and continuous improvement
• Ensures staff is adequately trained to perform at expected levels.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Partners with OM&MD teams on data projects and BAU activities
