Senior HR Analyst

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in HR, statistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).
• Excellent data visualization skills.
