Data Analyst_(SQL Python)_6 Yrs

Zorba is looking Person with min. 6+ yrs of experience as Data Analyst with strong Python, SQL & Tableau with the incumbent will work closely with analysts and the business community on a day to day basis. We are

looking for someone with exceptional data mining, analytical and visualization skills and excellent

communication skills along with the ability to work in an on/offshore model. The candidate should

have an eye for detail and be able to own creation and maintenance of ETL workflows that feed into

key dashboards while being able to derive key actionable insights.

Note - : We are looking with immediate joiners or with 2-4 weeks.

Responsibilities:

 Understand, monitor and enhance ETL’s to accurately measure existing KPI’s. Also, bring an

analytical mindset to be able to propose and implement newer and more relevant KPI’s

 Ongoing analysis support - understand the “why” behind data

 Support creation and presentation of reports on user trends, user behaviour, product

engagement, and experiment performance

 Proactively identify pain points and opportunities from data

 Identify key levers in the business and support goal-setting process by uncovering trends

 Create forecast models for better planning and measurement

 Build thoughtful and detailed models to support business cases

Requirements:

 6+ years of previous experience in Data Analyst, Analytics and in an enterprise, data-

driven environment

 Should be min. 6 yrs of experience Python, Sql, & good with Tableau or Qlik

 Experience working in on/offshore development models

 Self-starter, persistent and strong desire to learn

 Ability to zoom out - to see the big picture - and zoom in – to conduct the detailed analysis – on

the business

 Ensure consistency and quality rigor on long, comprehensive projects

 Strong analytical skills, organization skills and attention to detail

Analytical toolset:

 Must have strong SQL and data manipulation skills

 Must have strong Python and programming language exp.

 Rich experience working with Excel and BI platforms such as Tableau or DOMO is required

 Hands-on experience working with Python/R programming is required

 Experience in time series forecasting is preferred

 Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization

tools (Tableau/Domo/Kibana) preferred, but not required
