Job Description
- The AI Business Advisory team at LTIMindtree is dedicated to assisting clients in unlocking new efficiencies and growth, as well as driving game-changing innovations through the integration of machine intelligence and rich domain experience. By leveraging AI technologies, we aim to facilitate strategic business transformations within the CPG and retail industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for structuring high-value business problems and crafting innovative solutions that combine machine intelligence and domain expertise. You will engage with clients at the executive level to refine their business strategies and guide them in the development and implementation of AI/GenAI solutions. Additionally, you will actively participate in industry events to showcase our expertise and establish thought leadership.
Your responsibilities will also include developing Proof of Concepts in collaboration with clients to address their business pain points using AI tools and frameworks. It will be crucial to manage client expectations effectively, foster strong client relationships, and align technical and business teams to drive the adoption of generative AI and machine learning.
As a successful candidate, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the analytics industry, specifically within the CPG & Retail domain. You must possess a deep understanding of industry challenges and data complexities, along with a track record of launching complex programs involving big data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in problem-solving are essential for this role. Proficiency in AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics is highly valued. A formal degree or certification in AI/ML would be advantageous. Moreover, experience in product management, marketing lifecycles, and cloud-based solutions deployment is beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with an executive presence, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You should also have a proven ability to hire and develop talent, cultivating market-facing specialists and consultants in the field of AI. Building a community of practice centered around AI is a key aspect of this role.,
