Job Description
- The role of SFDC FSL Technical Lead /Architect requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and can be based at any LTIM location. The primary skills for this role include expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and LWC.
As a SFDC FSL Technical Lead / Architect, you should have hands-on implementation knowledge of Salesforce Products and API. You should be able to quickly learn complex business processes across multiple domains and demonstrate strong technical aptitude. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
You should be capable of working with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and operating with poise and professionalism in a complex and rapidly changing environment. Your responsibilities will include matching business processes and automation requirements to SFDC capabilities, providing technical assistance to the team, and driving the team to achieve defined productivity goals.
Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising configuration, quality assurance testing, and deployment of Salesforce, as well as grooming and refining the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with Salesforce SMEs. You will ensure that success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story and provide guidance on user story writing style.

As a SFDC FSL Technical Lead / Architect, you will act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items for deployment between environments. You will review solutions, recommend improvements, conduct research into clients" use of Salesforce, and produce a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
Furthermore, you will review functional design initiatives, lead in defining development standards and best practices, and communicate effectively through written, verbal, and interactive means when online.,
