Job Description
- As a Senior Manager in IT Procurement at LTIMindtree, located in Powai-Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end procurement services for System Integration (SI) vertical. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing procurement activities across System Integration (SI), Client Supply, and Project Investment categories.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with internal policies.
- Conducting vendor RFx processes for a wide range of hardware and software requirements.
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts tailored to specific project needs.
- Supporting Delivery and Practice teams in fulfilling client deliverables and managing vendor obligations.
- Monitoring vendor performance and service levels, establishing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for critical suppliers.
- Driving global sourcing strategies and expanding the vendor ecosystem.
- Preparing and presenting client-specific MIS reports and spend dashboards to senior leadership.
- Ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and supporting audits.
- Managing vendor reconciliation and proactively resolving conflicts.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, IT, or Business; MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in IT procurement, with a focus on software sourcing.
- Strong understanding of client deals, contracts, and enterprise agreements.
- Experience working in a global procurement environment is a plus.,
