Job Description
- As a Network Operations Lead, you will utilize your 6-8 years of experience in Network Operations & Implementation to work on complex tasks related to routing, switching, load balancer, firewall, and wireless technologies. You will be proficient in supporting multi-vendor products and managing complex WAN network environments, including Internet, Point-to-Point, MPLS, VPNs, and SDWAN to ensure secure and reliable network connectivity.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing network performance metrics using various tools, executing network project tasks effectively, and implementing Wired or Wireless Network architectures for scalability, reliability, and security. You will also be involved in planning and performing network infrastructure assessments, as well as implementing network monitoring tools and authentication tools while adhering to network best practices and hardening network devices.
Furthermore, you will maintain detailed documentation of Network architectures, operational processes, and configurations, standardize and update network documents and reports, and document Network HLD / LLD documents. In addition, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promote a culture of learning and collaboration within cross-functional teams, and identify automation opportunities for implementation.

Mandatory skills for this role include expertise in Routing (BGP / OSPF, HSRP), Switching (Stacking, STP, Trunking, VLANs), Wireless technologies (Configuration, Deployment, monitoring & Troubleshooting), and WAN technologies operations (MPLS / SDWAN). Conceptual knowledge of 3 Tier Architecture, Spine and Leaf architecture, and Python / Ansible scripting are also essential. Mandatory certifications for hiring include CCNA or equivalent certification and ITIL Foundation certification.,
