Experience:

Minimum 1 2 years UAE experience in Payroll (Construction field preferred)

Lucentae is looking for a dedicated and skilled HR Payroll Officer to join their team in Al Ain. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the organization s payroll operations, ensuring that all employee salaries are calculated and processed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes efficiently
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws

  Get Hired
  Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to resolve any payroll discrepancies
• Assist in audits and provide payroll-related reports as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 2 years of UAE payroll experience (preferably in the construction sector)
