As a Sales Leader, you will be doing direct sales and channel management, execute sales plan in the region. You will also defines sales strategy for targeted clients.
As a Sales Leader, You Will Be Responsible For
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create and deliver winning global strategies to grow our business
- Developing regional sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customers
- Building excellent customer relationships and championing the voice of the customer within the organisation
- Communicating and presenting technical information clearing and efficiently to senior business leaders and other stakeholders.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have a Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science (Chemistry is preferred)
- Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Drilling and Completions Fluids
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Drilling and Completions Fluids
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field in Drilling and Completions Fluids
