Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to develop staffing plans for new and existing functions.
- Attract and retain exceptional people utilizing internal rotation, college and university programs and direct sourcing of candidates.
- Improve and execute onboarding for new employees.
- Execute HRIS and benefit processes and suggest and implement improvements.
- Support Payroll by maintaining employee benefit plans, leaves of absence, exits and assist with HR audits.
- Be an Advisor to employees and supervisors on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in driving performance management guidance to people managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Monitor the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
- Participate in Identifying training needs and partnering with the learning organization to successfully execute programs.
- Participate in creating, implementation and development of different HR processes and good practices and support in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a relevant discipline with a cumulative GPA greater than 3.0 or 60% aggregate (MBA a plus). HR certification preferred.
- 9 to 12 years of industry experience in a Human Resources role managing and developing the careers of technical, supervisory, and management level teams through the development and implementation of programs across an organization to help each team member achieve their full potential.
- Experience recruiting and hiring top talent across various departments including engineers.
- Demonstrated expertise working with managers and supervisors across the organization to assess training and development needs that can be tied back to measurable improvement goals for each employee and department.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across all departments as well as our corporate headquarters and international locations.
- Track record of developing and building relationships with technical schools, colleges, and universities to support their technical curriculums that will also benefit the long term needs of their programs, the community, and our operation.
