Job Description

As a highly experienced Triple A Plus (TAP) Core Expert, you will join our Wealth team with the responsibility of implementing, configuring, and supporting Temenos Wealth Suite Front Office (Triple A Plus) solutions. With 9-12 years of relevant experience, you will bring deep functional and technical expertise to the role, focusing on portfolio management, client advisory workflows, discretionary/mandate services, and integration with core banking or digital channels.

Your main responsibilities will include acting as a subject matter expert for the Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) solution within wealth management transformation programs. You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of portfolio management and advisory services using TAP. Additionally, you will customize and optimize TAP components such as Portfolio Modelling, Performance Analytics, Risk Profiling, Order Management, and Client Book. Collaborating closely with Relationship Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, you will gather requirements and translate them into TAP configurations or customizations. It will also be part of your role to develop and maintain business rules, screens, workflows, and scripts within the TAP Studio environment.
Moreover, you will be expected to integrate TAP with core banking systems (e.g., T24/Transact), CRM, reporting engines, and digital front ends using APIs or messaging frameworks. Supporting system upgrades, patching, and UAT activities to ensure minimal business disruption will be essential. Troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues in TAP, while maintaining high availability and performance, will also be part of your daily tasks. Providing training and documentation for business and IT teams will contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. It is crucial to stay updated on Temenos roadmap developments in WealthSuite and suggest improvements or innovations based on the latest industry trends.

In terms of mandatory skills, you should have 9-12 years of experience working with Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) in wealth or private banking environments. A strong functional understanding of wealth management, investment products, client risk profiling, mandates, discretionary services, and portfolio lifecycle is required. Technical proficiency in TAP Studio, business rule engines, UI configuration, and script development is also necessary. Experience with TAP modules like Model Portfolio Management, Rebalancing, Compliance Checks, Simulation, Order Workflow, etc., is expected. Knowledge of TAP integration models, including OFS, Web Services, REST APIs, or message queues, will be an advantage. Familiarity with the TAP data model, versioning, and environment management is also beneficial.
Moreover, exposure to TAP-T24 integration and understanding of underlying data synchronization will be valuable for this role. Experience supporting production systems, debugging issues, and engaging with Temenos support teams will be crucial. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team. Nice-to-have skills include Temenos certification in Triple A Plus / WealthSuite Front Office, experience with Temenos WealthSuite deployments on Temenos Infinity or cloud-native environments, background in private banking or HNW client segments, and understanding of regulatory reporting, ESG investing, or MiFID II compliance within wealth platforms.,
