Job Description
- This role involves functional analysis and support for business users on the Murex platform. You will be responsible for requirement gathering, functional testing, and validation to support trading and risk management functions. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with business users to gather and clarify functional requirements, supporting functional testing, validation, and UAT for Murex enhancements, analyzing trade workflows to ensure smooth integration with upstream/downstream systems, documenting functional changes, assisting in knowledge transfer, providing support for day-to-day user queries, and resolving issues promptly.
To excel in this role, you must have 2-4 years of IT or functional analyst experience with exposure to Python/Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Murex, a good understanding of functional workflows and system usage, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of financial products such as FX, derivatives, and fixed income would be advantageous, along with exposure to risk management and trade life cycle concepts, and familiarity with Agile delivery models.
This is a Junior level position based in Bengaluru, India. The expected proficiency in the English language is B2 Upper Intermediate.
