Job Description
- Luxunlock Private Villas & Retreats is a luxury hospitality brand that operates 30+ private villas and boutique B&Bs in South India and Gujarat. We specialize in unlocking the most beautiful private homes with engaging stories, serving as gateways to wonderful local experiences.
As a Location Host based in Cuddalore, you will be responsible for managing the properties and ensuring a delightful guest experience during their stay. Your role may involve overseeing multiple properties within the region.
To excel in this position, a background in hospitality, travel, or tourism sectors would be advantageous. Proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as Tamil, is essential. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and access to a two/four-wheeler for transportation are required.
Key responsibilities of a Location Host include:
- Building relationships with villa staff, providing oversight and guidance as necessary
- Ensuring properties are well-maintained and promptly reporting any issues to the Ops team
- Collaborating with Sales and Ops teams to manage guest arrivals and departures
- Preparing villas for guest arrivals and restocking provisions as needed

- Liaising with property staff to fulfill guest service requests, such as meals
- Managing guest experiences by arranging restaurant bookings, coordinating in-villa experiences, and more
- Conducting property audits to check for damages upon guest departure and ensuring staff and maintenance standards are met during regular visits
