Finance Executive

Luxury Personified, a subsidiary of Sun Group established in 2015, is Indias leading distributor of premium global luxury electronics and accessories from brands like Marshall, Devialet, Dyson, Bang & Olufsen, Sonos, and GoPro. With a robust nationwide dealer and retailer network, we are expanding and seeking a meticulous Accounts Executive to support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders with accurate margins and pricing for luxury products.

• Prepare invoices, issue credit/debit notes, and manage sales returns.
• Update customer payments, GRN records, and expense bills in the system.
• Track due bill payments, rebates, discount pricing, and ensure timely release.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, claims, and reconciliations.

Requirements

Get Hired
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts, ideally in luxury retail or sales accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Busy software and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GST compliance and reconciliation processes.
