Role Overview

Were looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead our India-based engineering team focused on networking and wireless systems. Youll drive technical execution across RAN, core network, and automation workflows, and collaborate with our global teams to scale development, testing, and infrastructure capabilities.

What Youll Do

• Lead and grow a local engineering team focused on network and wireless product areas.
• Oversee technical design and implementation across: Software-defined networking (SDN), LTE/5G RAN systems, and Automation frameworks for test and deployment

• Collaborate with US-based counterparts to align on roadmap, architecture, and execution.
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and observability systems to monitor and validate network behavior.
• Set up robust processes for CI/CD, testing, and performance validation.
• Mentor engineers and drive high performance and ownership.

What Were Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in telecom, wireless, or network software domains.
• Solid hands-on experience with telecom protocols, LTE/5G systems, or satellite communications.
• Strong software engineering foundation ideally in C++ or Python.
• Prior experience working with SDRs, embedded systems, or test automation frameworks (e.g., Robot).
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional delivery.
