Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be joining M&G Global Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of M&G plc group, as a member of a powerhouse of capability. The company aims to be the best loved and most successful savings and investments company globally, providing a range of financial products and services through Asset Management, Life, and Wealth segments. Your role will involve providing quality service to customers and stakeholders, interpreting established frameworks and procedures to solve problems, and delivering clearly defined outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and explain changes in liabilities to key stakeholders with clear controls.
- Provide specialist technical advice on actuarial principles and tools, coaching less experienced team members.
- Accountable for discount rate assumptions for non-profit annuities.
- Design technical solutions for change projects within M&G UK Finance Reporting.
Qualification Required:
- Confidence & excellent communication skills.
- Excellent technical actuarial knowledge with attention to detail.
- Motivated with a willingness to take responsibility and ownership.

- Demonstrable experience in problem-solving and providing solutions.
- Commercial aptitude and collaboration skills.
- Ability to express viewpoints clearly on complex actuarial issues.
