• Support process improvement initiatives including improving service and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain Security Operations portfolio of products it leverages to run the function are operational and health checked on an on-going basis in line with agreed KPIs.

• Raising vendor support cases and seeing them through to resolution
• Maintaining and updating a knowledgebase and SOPs
• Provide scheduled reports of log source health
• investigate and remediate activities and communicate findings to Security Operations Tooling team

  Get Hired
  Ensure Security Operations controls are operated effectively in line with control landscape
• Provide log source health evidence to support with internal and external audit
  

Train new team members following a training plan around the different processes. Share knowledge with other areas of the business as and when required.

• Provide advice for the on boarding of new applications and maintenance of existing roles to ensure that they are correctly classified, tagged, and have appropriate security controls in place.
  

Involvement in any SailPoint improvement work requiring input from the ICA team.
