• Experience of managing project portfolios and project prioritisation or building a PMO function or service
• Experience of managing stakeholders across a range of business areas
• Applying and tailoring multiple formal project methodologies to projects of varying size and complexity
• Experience in line management and/or coaching junior team members

• Operated in an environment with formal programme governance
• Experience of formal project reporting to senior stakeholders, including Executive level narrative and/or numerical reporting of multiple projects and programmes
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Bachelors degree required with a formal project management qualification desirable
