With strong in-house manufacturing capabilities and a focus on innovation, quality, and smart IoT-enabled products, Euronics serves a wide range of sectors including corporate offices, airports, hospitals, malls, hospitality, and commercial infrastructure.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced General Manager Operations to lead and optimize key operational functions across the organization.
Role Overview:

The GM - Operations will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational efficiency of the organization by managing Supply Chain Management, After Sales Service and Product Quality.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams, ensure high product standards, streamline operational processes, and deliver excellent customer service.
The position will involve leading and managing a large operational team, including managers, engineers, service teams, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and manage a cross-functional operations team across quality, service, and supply chain departments.


- Provide strategic direction, performance monitoring, and leadership to ensure operational excellence.


- Build strong internal coordination between manufacturing, engineering, sales, procurement, and service teams.


- Establish performance metrics, operational KPIs, and productivity benchmarks for teams.
2. Product Quality Management

- Develop and implement robust quality control systems across product design, manufacturing, and final inspection stages.


- Ensure consistent product quality standards for Euronics' automation products.


- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and implement corrective actions.


- Maintain compliance with industry standards, certifications, and internal quality benchmarks.
3. After Sales Service & Customer Support

- Lead and strengthen the after sales service infrastructure including installation, maintenance, and technical support.


- Develop efficient service processes to improve customer satisfaction and service turnaround time.


- Monitor and reduce product failure rates through strong feedback loops between service and engineering teams.


- Implement service performance tracking systems and improve service network capabilities.
4. Supply Chain & Vendor Management

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, and logistics.


- Ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing and service operations.


- Optimize supply chain costs while maintaining efficiency and reliability.


- Build and manage strong vendor relationships and identify new suppliers when required.
5. Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

- Implement structured operational processes, MIS reporting systems, and performance dashboards.


- Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization within operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team management experience


- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain management


- Expertise in quality control systems and operational process improvement


- Experience in managing after sales service operations and customer support teams


- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities


- Ability to work in a fast-growing and dynamic manufacturing environment
Preferred Industry Experience:

Candidates from industries such as:


- Consumer appliances


- Electrical equipment


- Sanitary ware / bathroom solutions


- Industrial automation products will be preferred.
Qualification:

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field


- MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
