Job Description
- As a Labor Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance closure for labor laws, statutory requirements, and contractor workforce management. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing card-wise physical wages sheet operations to guarantee accurate wage disbursement, handling employee grievances, dispute resolution, and maintaining discipline within the workforce.
In this role, you will also be coordinating onboarding, training, and exit formalities for site employees, as well as maintaining statutory records, conducting audits, and managing documentation for labor compliance purposes. Collaboration with site management for workforce planning and productivity tracking will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.
To excel in this position, you must possess a strong understanding of labor compliance closure and site HR policies. Additionally, familiarity with ESIC, PF, gratuity, and contractor labor regulations is essential for success in this role.
