Operations Analyst

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including post-trade settlement (market makers/external exchanges), funding, buying/selling, staking, and withdrawals (fiat and crypto), reconciliations, and internal/external reporting.
• Monitor and manage liquidity, daily workflows, and financial risk exposure.
• Ensure sufficient holdings of fiat and crypto assets for effective treasury management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements across the department.
• Ensure Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) align with client expectations and industry standards.
• Design and enhance internal processes to meet KPIs, Service Level Goals (SLGs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain and regularly review key operational controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Technical Competencies and Skills

• Proven experience in crypto operations, blockchain, or
  
  Web3 environments.
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Background in reconciliations, trading operations, back office/middle office, and post-trade settlement.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, payment processing, compliance, or institutional operations.
