About the Role:
We seek a motivated executive to join our team and provide technical and functional support for our Lending Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) applications. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in supporting lending platforms, resolving user issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for LMS, LOS, and BNPL applications.
- Manage alerting, on-call duties, troubleshooting, emergency and incident response, and postmortem analysis.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including development, implementation, and engineering, ensuring effective communication during incidents.
- Take ownership of major technical issues, resolving and restoring applications to meet uptime commitments.
- Address user queries, incident tickets, and application problems within established SLAs.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the technical or engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with business users, operations, and product teams to maintain smooth lending application operations.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Lead the end-to-end technical resolution of critical incidents involving multiple parties, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Scope limited to M2P application.
- Participate in on-call rotations with team members to provide technical support.
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate with 12 years of application support experience in the lending, fintech, or banking domain.
- Technical skills: MySQL, Unix, basic Java.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting, experience with log analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of lending operations, loan management processes, and regulatory requirements in the financial industry. Familiarity with financial institutions such as NBFCs, fintechs, or banks
- Hands-on experience with LMS, LOS, and BNPL platforms.
- Knowledge of incident management lifecycle.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools to enhance system observability.
- Good English documentation, communication, and responsiveness skills.
- Experience in BFSI or fintech domains is preferred.
- Good understanding of loan lifecycle processes, including origination, disbursement, repayment, and collections.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment if required.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA, or Freshdesk.
- Basic knowledge of API-based integrations in lending applications.
