The project:

This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Youll be responsible for:

• Deliver commercial management of subcontract packages, ensuring value and compliance across all activities.
• Support procurement of subcontract packages and materials, contributing to robust supply chain outcomes.
• 
  Administer client and subcontract changes, providing operational support to the wider commercial team.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity reporting, assisting with mitigation strategies to protect project margins.
• Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team, building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving coordinated delivery.
• Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.

Youll need to have:

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.
