Management Accountant

Mackenzie Jones is currently supporting a fast-growing international e-commerce business in the search for a Management Accountant to join its Dubai-based finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to play a key role in financial reporting, business performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making within a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
• Conducting variance, trend and profitability analysis to support business performance
• Managing month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments and depreciation
• 
  Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity
• Supporting group reporting, consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
• Assisting with local tax compliance, statutory reporting and audit requirements
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights

Key requirements:

• Previous Management Accounting experience

• Strong month-end reporting and reconciliation expertise
• Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred
• Experience with NetSuite would be highly advantageous
