Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be part of a supportive team at Macquarie, focusing on elevating employee experience, recognition, and wellbeing in the workplace. Your role will involve designing and implementing tailored interventions to meet business and stakeholder needs. As an internal consultant, you will assess challenges in people enablement and collaborate with various teams to establish a strategic roadmap for initiatives and projects. Your contribution as a People Engagement Specialist will be vital in integrating core cultural values into all initiatives and enhancing people-centric practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, execute, and measure initiatives that positively impact workplace culture and enhance employee experience
- Collaborate with the Strategy & People Enablement team, HR, and key stakeholders to establish a strategic roadmap for initiatives and projects
- Integrate core cultural values into all initiatives and enhance people-centric practices
Qualifications Required:
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
- 5-8 years of related work experience
- Background in HR domain and proven experience as an Employee Engagement Manager
