Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll be a vital member of our Consumer Goods Private Equity team, actively participating in all stages of the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio company management.
What you will do: Your work will entail identifying and evaluating potential investments, conducting financial analysis, and assisting in the preparation of investment memorandums. You will also contribute to post-investment monitoring and support for portfolio companies.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct market research and identify potential investment opportunities in the consumer goods sector.
- Perform financial analysis and valuation of consumer goods companies.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial, operational, and commercial aspects.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for investment committee review.
- Assist in the execution of investments and post-investment management activities.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and provide regular updates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in private equity or investment banking.
- Solid understanding of consumer goods industry dynamics.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
