About the Role:
The QA Manager oversees the Quality Assurance team. You will be required to oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the company. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports.
To ensure success, as a QA Manager, you should have extensive experience in analytics, high-level problem-solving skills, and the ability to project manage. A top-notch QA Manager ensures the smooth running of the QA department and ultimately customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market into executable test cases/strategies.
  • Analyzing the rippling impacts of technical decisions on other system components and ensure quality testing, automation and documentation is created.
  • Working with Product and Engineering departments to understand and translate complex, technical information into appropriate testing documentation and processes using industry standard best practices.
  • Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures.
  • Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
  • Growing with the organization as it enhances its quality and testing documentation and aid in the adoption and support of new processes, automation and feature.
  • Operating independently, focusing on helping to ensure product and engineering quality and testing efforts to create a best in breed mar-tech environment.
  • Helping our team grow from your expertise, experience, and perspectives.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in QA Engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience in management or leading of QA Team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management or relevant field.
  • Strong Test Rail test case tool knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in Agile.
  • Knowledge of bug tracking process and familiar with a project management tool Jira.
  • High-level analytical and leadership skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working with teams in structured environments.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
  • Curiosity towards new technology and outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the methodology of White Box and Black Box testing
  • Experience with Cypress/AngularJS and other API Testing tools
  • Hands on experience or on JavaScript or any other coding language.
