Job Description
Madison Pearl is partnering with a leading regional banking group with a strong international footprint to appoint a Relationship Manager within their Elite Banking division, based in Abu Dhabi.
This role sits within the bank's high-net-worth (HNW) client segment and reports to the Head of Elite Banking. The position plays a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of affluent and HNW clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and driving revenue growth across the bank's full suite of products and services.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing holistic wealth and investment guidance, while also focusing on new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW clients, delivering tailored financial solutions across investments, lending, and banking products.
- Develop and execute a business plan to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Provide comprehensive advisory services including investment and portfolio advisory aligned to client risk profiles.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and increasing share of wallet across the client base.
- Monitor client portfolios, conduct regular reviews, and recommend rebalancing strategies where appropriate.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure the highest standards of client service through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Adhere to all internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements including KYC and AML.
- Support and mentor junior team members where required.
Key Requirements:
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in relationship management within private banking, wealth management, or retail banking focused on affluent/HNW clients.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio construction.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
