Senior Business Director (Offline Marketing, OOH)

About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Business Head South to lead and scale our Outdoor (OOH) business across key South Indian markets.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of revenue, client relationships, and regional growth strategy. You will work closely with the DGM to strengthen the South region as a high-impact growth engine for the business.

What Youll Do

• Lead and grow key client relationships across South India
• Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts
• Own and deliver regional revenue targets and growth plans
• Strengthen the South region as a strategic pillar within the Outdoor business
• Manage commercial outcomes including pricing, margins, and profitability
• Collaborate closely with leadership to execute growth strategy
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
• Ensure delivery excellence across campaigns and client engagements
• Track market trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies
  

Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) / Outdoor Advertising
• Strong exposure to South India markets (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, etc.)
• Hands-on experience across OOH formats: billboards, transit media, street furniture
• Proven track record in client relationship management & key account growth
• Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
• Strong understanding of pricing, negotiations, margins, and P&L ownership
• Experience in building and leading teams
• Strategic thinker with strong market understanding and execution ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• MBA in Marketing / Strategy or relevant field
• Experience working with large brands or agency networks
