Job Description

MadMade is a fast-growing video and photo production + social media agency. We create high-quality ad videos, product shoots, brand films, and social-first content for brands across India and abroad. Our work is fast, sharp, and built to help brands grow without the usual agency chaos.

We're looking for someone who can work directly with the Founder to keep MadMade running like a well-oiled machine. This is not a support role, this is a get-things-done, own-the-outcome, make-things-move role.

What You'll Own:


1. Operations & Execution


  • Drive day-to-day coordination across teams and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Manage Asana end-to-end: set up tasks, track progress, and make sure the team follows processes.
  • Weekly planning + weekly reporting.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups for all active clients internally.
  • Work closely with account managers to maintain smooth internal communication.
  • Document processes and improve workflows as we grow.

2. Strategy & Founder Support


  • Support the founder with cross-team execution and keeping priorities aligned.

  • Work closely with the Founder to identify new revenue opportunities across services and offerings.
  • Assist in launching new verticals planning, research, execution, and tracking.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to support decision-making.
  • Help refine the agencys value proposition and package our services better.
  • Set up early-stage processes and systems for new business lines.
  • Handle reminders for approvals, payments, deadlines, and critical tasks.
  • Assist in creating SOPs, refining systems, and helping scale MadMades day-to-day operations.

3. Sales Support (No lead generation)


  • Handle all LinkedIn + Instantly outbound outreach.
  • Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule discovery calls and manage coordination with prospects.
  • Draft proposals based on templates and client requirements.
  • Follow up rigorously for closures zero drop-offs.

  • Experience in operations, project management, or founder’s office roles.
  • Experience with Asana or similar tools.
