Accounts Receivable Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team responsible for managing and collecting payments from Maersk's customers in India.

What you will do: You'll ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices and payments, following up on outstanding debts.

Key responsibility:

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding debts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• 
  Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-1 year of experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
