Accounts Receivable Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely collection of payments.

What you will do: You'll invoice customers, monitor outstanding payments, and resolve any discrepancies.

Key responsibility:

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Apply payments to customer accounts.
• 
  Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify trends and potential risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-4 years experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
