Accounts Receivable Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments from customers.

What you will do: You will process invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile accounts.

Key responsibility:

• Process invoices and credit memos.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
• 
  Reconcile accounts receivable accounts.
• Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-1 year experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
