Financial Controller - Logistics

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for the financial control and reporting for a specific business unit within Maersk's logistics operations.

What you will do: You will oversee the financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key responsibility:

• Oversee the financial accounting and reporting for a designated business unit.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
  
• Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with operational teams to understand business performance and financial implications.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial control within a logistics or transportation company.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial software.
