Job Description
- Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key player in achieving the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in a quick sales cycle environment, making numerous calls per day, collaborating with channel partners, identifying prospects, and ultimately closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively qualify prospects
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and generate interest in the company's offerings
- Maintain and expand the prospect database within your assigned territory
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive pipeline growth and secure deals
- Conduct compelling online demonstrations for potential clients
Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus
