Junior Accountant

• Maintain and update petty cash records, ensuring accuracy in all entries.
• Track and submit the number of deliveries completed each day.
• Collect, organize, and share receipts for all expenses and purchases.
• Maintain a complete record of transactions for two companies, ensuring proper segregation and tracking.
• 
  Create and manage folders for different LPOs, keeping documents properly arranged.
• Record and maintain all financial data required for preparing the Profit & Loss statements.
• Handle invoice processing and keep a photo record of invoices and receipts for documentation.
• Assist the senior accountant with daily tasks, reconciliations, and routine accounting work.

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Experience in handling invoices, receipts, and LPO documentation.
