About the Role
We are a growing UAE company setup firm working with multiple free zones and business service partners. We are hiring a PRO / Company Setup Operations & Partnerships Executive to manage end-to-end company setup execution and build strategic partnerships that generate additional revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Company Setup Operations
Manage post-sales handover from sales team
Collect and verify client documents
Coordinate with UAE free zones for license processing
Track approvals and license issuance timelines
Handle visa coordination steps when applicable
Provide post-license guidance and renewal support
Maintain CRM updates and client records
Ensure clear and timely client communication
Partnerships & Revenue Building
Apply for channel partner / registered agent status with free zones
Maintain relationships with free zone relationship managers

Build bank and banking facilitator partnerships for referrals
Coordinate partnerships with accounting, VAT, visa typing, and payment gateway providers
Maintain partner database and referral tracking
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
What This Role Is Not
Not a sales or lead generation role
Not responsible for pricing or deal closures
Not a marketing or ads role
Required Experience & Skills
13 years UAE company setup / PRO experience
Hands-on knowledge of UAE free zones (SHAMS, IFZA, SPC, Meydan, etc.)
Understanding of trade licenses, activities, and visa processes
Strong documentation, follow-up, and coordination skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple setups independently
