Role Description

- The Cluster Manager-Health Agency will be responsible for creating, managing and nurturing Retail Health Sales Distribution, customer service, overseeing budgeting, and facilitating communication within the Health Agency Sales Team in Patna Cluster.

- The role also involves training Sales Team & Agents & help them in sharing Health Insurance related queries resolution and best customer service experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in Budgeting and implementation

- Decent exposure in Team management

- Effective Training Skills related to Products

- Excellent leadership and organizational skills

- Ability to work on-site in Patna

- Master's/Bachelors Degree and must have minimim 3 yr Team leading experience.
