Your Responsibilities will be:

- R&D Cost Controlling including project wise tracking of expenses vs BDG including reviews with stakeholders ; act as a pivot for ensuring cost compliance
- Responsible for Implementing from finance side principles of Marelli Manufacturing system in the plant
- Responsible for ensuring R&D recovery in line with BDG
- Responsible for internal coordination with Internal Auditors in the areas of responsibility
- Responsible for Industrial inputs for preparations of Businsess Plans, Activity Rate updations
- Monitoring/Controlling of PR
- Responsible for driving; monitoring and reporting of plant KPIs against plan/BDG in close coordination with plant team
- Ability to manage financial reporting and controlling for a trading entity
