The Opportunity
We don't just sell software; we deliver transformation. Our Product Solutions Managers will be the bridge between our cutting-edge fintech products and the real-world needs of global financial institutions.
As a part of the Delivery Team, you will be the primary architect of the clients journey. You will take our core LOS and LMS capabilities and weave them into a bespoke solution that solves the specific business challenges of NBFCs, Banks, and LSPs.

Your goal will be to ensure "Product-Solution Fit." You will lead the discovery process, understand a lenders unique credit policy and operational workflows, and design an implementation roadmap that ensures customer success and timely go-live.
What You Will Do
- Bridge Product & Delivery: Act as the "translator" between the clients business requirements and SwiffyLabs' technical capabilities. You will design solutions that utilize our products to their fullest potential.
- Implementation Design: Map out end-to-end lending journeys - from customer onboarding and KYC to disbursement and loan lifecycle management - tailored to the clients specific use cases.
- Gap Analysis: Identify any "gaps" between client needs and current product features, working closely with the Core Product team to prioritize these in the roadmap.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage the technical and business relationship with the client during the implementation phase, ensuring high levels of trust and transparency.
- Drive Customer Success: Strive for timely, high-quality implementations. You aren't successful until the client is successfully lending on our platform.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Lending expertise: 24 years of experience, with at least 2 years specifically in the Lending space.
- Implementation Pro: You have a proven track record of solutioning or implementing LOS (Loan Origination Systems) or LMS (Loan Management Systems) for institutional lenders.
