Senior Analyst, Accounting Operations

insightsoftwareis looking for an experiencedSenior Analyst,AccountingOperations to serve as the primary systems administrator and technical support specialist for software tools used by theAccountingteam. This key position will ensureoptimalperformance, configuration, and user adoption of our accounting technology stack at this fast-growing financial technology company based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

What will you do

• Administer andmaintainaccounting software systems including user access management, system configurations, and security protocols

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for accounting team software tools, resolvingissuesand escalating complex problems when necessary

• Monitor system performance, implement updates, and ensure data integrity acrossassignedaccounting platforms

• Design andmaintainuser documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for accounting software tools

• Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts

• Train accounting team membersonsoftware functionality, best practices, and process improvements

• Develop andmaintaindashboards and reports to support accounting operations and system usage analytics

• Support acquisition integration efforts by configuring systems for new entities and ensuring seamless data migration

• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including license allocation and access provisioning

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in information systems, accounting, finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experiencein system administration, technical support, or accounting operations

• Minimum2years experiencewith accounting software administration (NetSuite)

• Strongproficiencyin user access management, system configuration, and troubleshooting

• Experience with data integration tools and APIsupport

• Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel experience with advanced functions and data analysis capabilities

• PowerBIor similar business intelligence tool experience preferred

• Project management experience with system implementations or upgrades

• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and SaaS administration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business users

• Self-starter who can independently manage system administration responsibilities with minimal oversight

• Snowflake or data warehouse experience preferred

• Experience with Coupapreferred

• Open to work from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
