Job Description

The core functions of this role include being responsible for detailed analysis of the rates and filling tender-winning rates, cost analysis of awarded projects, and deriving strategies to win bids.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Quoting the tender-winning rates strategically
- Arriving at tender-winning rates in consultation with the management
- Obtaining quotes from various vendors/market based on an approved brand list
- Conducting detailed rate analysis

- Preparing detailed statistics of competitors" rates
- Creating a comparative statement
- Evaluating competitors" rates, tracking them, and suggesting corrections if needed
- Developing the best strategy through site visits, meetings with clients/architects/consultants before quoting rates
- Standardizing rates and rate analysis format
- Training the team
- Attending pre-bid meetings and studying tenders in detail

- Understanding Bill of Quantities (BOQ), designs, and drawings available in the tender document
- Coordinating and securing the best material and labor rates
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule consists of fixed shifts.
