Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Audit Lead reports to the Head CMS / Mentor and is responsible for organizing and managing audits, audit related assignment and projects.RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manages three or more audits simultaneously, ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of each audit- Acquires strong working knowledge of the Group's different businesses- Builds strong working relationships with auditees to gather information, resolve problems and complete audits- Effectively documents work.
- Identifies, communicates, and solves audit related issues as well as communicating audit progress in a timely and organized manner.
- Supervises, trains and mentors Auditors and Audit Trainees- Establishing work schedules using effective audit management techniquesREQUIRED SKILLS :
- Thorough understanding of business process, systems, controls, and governance requirement- Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, technical and research skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete audits within time constraints and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing auditee and business dynamics with recommended solutions. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- CA / MBA. [For Technical Audits, BE/BTech]- 7-8 years experience in Audit or Operations involving Controls & Risk Management, with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in leading teams- Thorough understanding of accounting and auditing standards, internal controls and complex audit procedures and techniques.- Proficiency in ERP (preferably SAP), Microsoft Office application (ref:iimjobs.com)
