Develop and generate business Leads follow up and systematic closure Develop clear understanding of lending parameters and apply on field Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping Follow up / Ensure for credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement Ensure the quality of cases for first six months Ensure collection of PDD documents.
