Senior Product Manager, Automotive Technology

What role you will play in team: Lead product strategy and execution for cutting-edge automotive technologies within Mahindra Group. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketing to bring innovative solutions to market.

What you will do: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

Key responsibility:

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering to define technical specifications and ensure timely delivery.
• 
  Manage product backlog and prioritize features.
• Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing to effectively launch and promote new automotive products.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Deep understanding of automotive technology trends and competitive landscape.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
